Introduction to Mindfulness Workshops

Finding balance in one's life through an understanding

How to find peace with the ferris wheel that we are all on

In times of change, this workshop has been designed to ease the mind so a way to peace becomes clear. Past hurts, past habits, past conditions and generational inputs stop us from experiencing who we really are and from accessing what is real rather than what we think is real.

This workshop series is designed to help us on the journey through life to break free from weighted thoughts, fears and beliefs.

Who Should ATTEND?

These workshops are for participants who don't require a clinical psychology intervention, nor wish to undertake executive or leadership coaching or are yet to commence the process. These workshop series address the needs and interests of people wanting to start the inward journey of breaking free from habits of mind that get in the way of them finding peace and happiness and in a way that is accessible for everyone. Participants learn how to build resilience and to let go of being excessively driven to the detriment of their health, happiness, relationships and even their success.

The technique applied is useful in all situations and ameliorates against accumulated stress experienced by people which if left results in distress and eventually disease.

ABOUT THE FACILITATORS

Roger Ballard is a meditation teacher, healer and author of the book, The Way of the Carrot: A Layperson's Guide to Finding Peace. He has been working in this field since the mid 1970's having studied many different forms of mediation disciplines around the world. He developed the "Neutral Solutions" and the process of training the mind in his personal search for an understanding of the role thoughts play in creating vibrational dents in our lives. Roger's wisdom and guidance is highly sought globally with clients in every continent.

Naomi Bickley is a Clinical Psychologist and Executive Coach who has worked closely with Roger since 1997 initially for guidance on how to break free from heavy thoughts, to be able to access peace and happiness. She has found this approach is the 'missing ingredient', as it provides heart and kindness to the process of breaking free as we can learn to heal our troubled/ weighted hearts and minds.
